Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6-inch) tortillas
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 or 2 cans jalapeno chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped or 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
    chopped tomatoes (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Jack cheese
    2 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
    sliced pitted ripe olives (optional)
    sliced green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 or 15 minutes until softened.
