Eight-Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded lettuce
    frozen green peas or 1 can, drained
    sliced onion
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large bottle Ranch dressing
    sliced cucumber
    3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
    4 or 5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Layer in a large salad bowl. (Can prepare enough of each ingredient to layer twice.)
    Cover and place in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
