Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1/4 c. Nestle Quik (strawberry)
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. cold water
juice from 1/2 lemon
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
red and yellow coloring
basket of strawberries
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well and cook until transparent, then about 3 minutes more, stirring often.
Remove from stove.
Add butter and red and yellow coloring.
Let cool while slicing basket of cleaned strawberries.
Mix into cooled glaze mixture.
Pour into cooled pie shell and refrigerate.
