Hot Navy Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot cooked navy beans, drained
    1 medium onion, sliced thin or chopped
    1 c. whipping cream (do not whip)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place onion in bottom of serving dish and add hot beans. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or so.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend.
    Canned beans may be used.
