Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until edges are brown. Remove from cookie sheet at once. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
