Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked chicken, cut up
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
3 c. celery
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp. onion, finely minced
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine chicken, lemon juice, salt, mayonnaise, Accent, celery, eggs, soup and onion and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Top with cheese
and\tcrushed
potato
chips.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.\tBake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
