Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. carrots, chopped
2 lb. zucchini, peeled and chopped
2 green peppers
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Brown sausage; pour off fat.
Add celery and cook 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except peppers.
Simmer 30 minutes, covered.
Add peppers.
Cook 15 minutes more.
