Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces (save broth)
1 pkg. tortilla chips or 8 corn tortillas, cut in pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) jar taco sauce (mild or hot)
Preparation

Thin undiluted soups with about 1 cup of chicken broth and the taco sauce.
Layer the chicken, tortillas, onion and cheese in a large low casserole dish or a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until it bubbles (about 30 minutes).
Serves 8.
