Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 small (5 oz.) evaporated milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake on preheated cookie sheet for 50 to 55 minutes, until puffy cool on wire rack.
