Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix all together on low speed until moistened, then on medium speed for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Put into 2 well-greased loaf pans and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
    Use a lemon glaze if desired.
