Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 well-beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. fresh or thawed, well-drained frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl; make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Gently stir in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
