Camp Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Hamburger
3 Small Onions (cut fine)
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Small Bunch of Celery (cut in pieces)
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Preparation

Brown Hamburger with Onions and Flour in bacon fat.
Add the Celery, Kidney Beans with juice, and tomatoes.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve on toast or cooked rice.
Brown rice is better. 8 Servings.
