Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites, room temperature
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Mix baking powder and sugar together.
Gradually add sugar and baking powder to egg whites. Beat until stiff.
Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.
Pour into buttered pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool and top with whipped cream.
