Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Do not use mixer. Use large spoon.
Spoon into lightly greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
