Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (No. 2) can sliced pie apples or 6 medium tart fresh apples
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; toss lightly with apples.
    Spoon into pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine butter, brown sugar and flour.
    Sprinkle over pie filling. Cover with lattice top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
