Fried Lumpia(Philippine Egg Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. green beans (French-cut)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    lumpia wrapper (spring roll wrapper; can be purchased in any Chinese store, or call Ingrid at extention 5140)
    vegetable oil for deep frying
    2 c. ground turkey or beef
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 lb. bean sprouts
Preparation
    In 3 tablespoons hot oil, brown garlic, then add ground turkey or beef.
    Cook until brown on high heat.
    Reduce heat; season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in green beans; cook for 1 minute, then add bean sprouts.
    Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
    Drain mixture and cool.
    Wrap 1 tablespoon of mixture in each wrapper.
    Deep fry in hot oil until brown.
