Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Louisiana red hot sauce
2 dashes cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
4 c. pecan halves
salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except pecans and salt.
Spread pecans on a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Pour the butter mixture over the nuts and stir to coat.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Bake 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with salt while warm.
Cool and store airtight.
