Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pancake mix
    2 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 c. cooked pumpkin (canned or fresh)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
    Pour small amounts of the batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
    When bubbles form on the pancakes and the edges begin to brown, flip the pancakes.
    Cook a minute or more until brown.
    Serve with butter, syrup or honey.
