Hamburger-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown
hamburger
with\tchopped
onion\tand drain well. Cook noodles
according to package directions and drain well. (You may not
want
to
use\ta whole package of noodles.) Mix together the soup, sauce, sour cream, cream cheese and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese.
Stir in hamburger and noodles.
Pour into a 9 x
13-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
Last 5 minutes, add other 1/2 of cheese to top and cook just until it melts.
