Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. boiling water
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic bud, pressed
    1 stick margarine
    2 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Boil grits, salt and cheese; let cool. Add eggs, Worcestershire, garlic, margarine and Tabasco.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
