Turkey Breast(The Low-Fat Way) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey breast
    sliced fresh pears (1 or 2)
    1 small bottle apple juice
Preparation
    Skin turkey breast.
    Place in roaster.
    Add pears.
    Pour apple juice over all.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
    The broth makes delicious gravy.
