Chicken And Yellow Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken
1 pkg. yellow rice mix
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 lb. mild pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Remove from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Cook yellow rice in 4 cups of broth until done.
Saute bell pepper, onion and celery with pork sausage until all are done. Toss together sausage mixture and rice.
Layer rice mixture and chicken in casserole dish.
Spread mushroom soup on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
