Footballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soft margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the margarine, eggs and sugar.
    Add the flour and baking powder alternating with the milk and vanilla.
    Mixture will be soft.
    Heat oil in a frying pan and drop 1 tablespoon of batter in the hot oil until it is finished.
    They will puff up and resemble footballs.
    After they are cooled, toss them in a paper bag containing confectioners sugar.
