To Freeze Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 qt. sweet corn
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Preparation

Cut corn from cob.
Boil sweet corn, sugar, salt and water. Stir to keep from sticking.
Heat until it starts to boil and cook 1 minute.
Cool in cold water and freeze.
