1 box scalloped potatoes
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. pkg. pepperoni slices
4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Empty potato slices into a 3-quart round casserole dish.
Stir in sauce mix, tomatoes, water and oregano.
Cover and microwave 10 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Stir in pepperoni; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and microwave 7 minutes, stirring after 3 1/2 minutes.
Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
