Uncle Chieftain'S Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. American cheese
2 (7 oz.) jars pimientos
1 small can Pet milk
7 oz. jar sweet relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Grate cheese, add juice of pimientos, Pet milk, chopped pimientos, relish, mayonnaise, salt and sugar.
Blend well.
I use electric mixer.
