Super Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. any chopped fresh fruit (apples, pears, berries and bananas)
    1 Tbsp. instant vanilla or lemon pudding mix
    1 to 3 Tbsp. any of these: raisins, nuts or sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
    Eat immediately or refrigerate.
