1 (9-inch) pastry shell (Pillsbury)
1 medium onion
4 eggs (room temperature)
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. light cream
1 1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. (or more) seafood*
1 can tiny shrimp
