Citrus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oranges, sliced - take pith out & discard white
    Squeeze 1 lemon, save juice & pulp - remove seed
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. fresh chopped mint
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Slice oranges; take pith out and discard white.
    Squeeze lemon, remove seed.
    Retain pulp.
    Mix all ingredients together and chill.
