Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
dash of pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 or 2 cans bean dip
1 bunch chopped green onions
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
1 pkg. shredded cheese (any type)
tortilla chips
Preparation

Mash avocados.
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice; set aside. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside.
Spread in center of large shallow plate leaving 1-inch around the plate. Layer the following ingredients in order listed; avocado mixture, onion, tomatoes and black olives.
Top with cheese.
Arrange chips around the plate edge.
