Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. diced bananas
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
