Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 firm tomatoes
1 c. herb bread crumbs
1/4 c. shredded American cheese
lemon pepper
Preparation

Remove stem ends from tomatoes.
Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/2-inch walls.
Chop pulp; mix with remaining ingredients. Fill tomatoes with stuffing.
Arrange in a circle in 9-inch pie dish.
Cover loosely and cook on High for 3 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn; cook until hot, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
