Havarti'S Black Bean-Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can small black beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. cherry tomato halves
    1 c. chopped green, red and/or yellow bell pepper
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    salad dressing or vinaigrette to taste
    1 c. Havarti cheese cubes
Preparation
    Combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion and parsley into a large bowl. Add salad dressing and toss to mix well. Chill, covered, until ready to serve. Top with cheese cubes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Best with Italian dressing.
