Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1 garlic clove, minced
5 oz. crabmeat, thawed
2 Tbsp. dry vermouth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sour cream
16 large mushroom caps
2 oz. round buttery crackers
1 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Saute scallions and garlic in margarine until softened.
Add crabmeat, vermouth and lemon juice until heated throughout.
Transfer to mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients, except mushrooms and cheese.
Mix well.
Fill mushroom caps and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake until mushrooms are tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
