Crab-Chokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium artichokes
    1 can crabmeat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
    Italian seasoning
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Take raw fresh artichokes and wash and core centers.
    Break middle and remove, leaving cup like artichoke.
    Set aside.
    Mix together thoroughly the shredded crab, diced onion and the cheese. Mix to consistency with mayonnaise.
    Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic salt to taste.
    Mix well to consistency of salad dressing.
    Stuff center of artichokes with mixture.
    Set in deep baking dish.
    Fill 1/2 of the way with water.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
    Remove and serve; pull hot leaves off and dip in melted center.
    Enjoy.
