Mrs. Swift'S Pineapple Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. water
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients to custard.
    Put gelatine in water; pour into custard and cook (jell).
    Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.
    Beat cream; add vanilla.
    Add cottage cheese to jell mix; fold in whipped cream and egg whites.
    Add pineapple.
    Pour into graham cracker crust.
    Refrigerate several hours.
