Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced red apples
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 finely shredded carrot
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl; whisk until well blended. Pour over apple mixture and toss gently. Sprinkle with pecans and Blue cheese (omit for a more kid friendly fruit salad).
