Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    dash of thyme
    1 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onion and green pepper; saute lightly.
    Drain excess fat from pan.
    Stir in soup, salt and thyme.
    Spoon into 1-quart casserole.
    Place potatoes in mounds around edge of casserole.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
