Ingredients

1 (10-inch) store-bought angel food cake
1 pt. cleaned and stemmed, fresh strawberries
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Espresso coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla extract together.
Slice the angel food cake into 3 layers.
Sift the unsweetened cocoa onto a cake plate.
Place bottom layer of cake in plate.
Drizzle 1/3 Espresso over cake. Cover with layer of sliced strawberries and put half of the cream cheese mixture over strawberries.
Repeat with second layer of cake.
Add third layer and sprinkle top with cocoa and powdered sugar.
Cover and chill.
