Gran'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Sift flour into bowl.
    Add 3 egg yolks.
    Start beating with a fork gently.
    As you beat, flour will blend with the yolks. Continue beating until dough is very stiff.
    Flour pastry board and start rolling out the dough.
    Keep flour under the dough or else it will stick to the board.
    Roll until noodles are very thin.
    Dry for 2 or 3 hours or longer.
    Cut into 2-inch wide strips or as you desire.
    Use immediately or else store in the refrigerator.
    Cook in chicken or beef broth until tender and done.
    This makes a big batch of noodles.
