Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce
1 bell pepper
1 onion
3 eggs, boiled
1 jar bacon bits
1 can drained English peas
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

In a long dish, place shredded lettuce, bell pepper (sliced or chopped) and onion (sliced or chopped).
Add boiled eggs (sliced) on top of this.
Add the English peas last.
Spread over all of this the mayonnaise.
Better if refrigerated overnight.
Before serving, add the bacon bits on top.
