Chicken And Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 to 4 c. chopped cooked chicken
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 small box lasagna noodles (just undercooked)
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter and set aside.
    In small bowl, mix together Ricotta and cottage cheeses and set aside.
    Melt butter in large saucepan and add garlic. Saute 1 minute.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Add milk and chicken broth.
    Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat and add Mozzarella, Parmesan, basil and oregano.
    Stir until cheese is melted. Add onion and mushroom mixture.
    Spoon a small amount of sauce into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with a layer of noodles, then a layer of cheese mixture followed by a layer of spinach, then a layer of chicken.
    Repeat layers, ending with a sauce layer.
    Top with remaining Parmesan. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
