Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream at room temperature
    dot of butter
Preparation
    Add cheese and margarine to grated potatoes.
    Toss.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
