Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease bottom of muffin cups.
Beat egg with fork.
Stir in milk and oil.
Add flour and other dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened, batter should be lumpy.
Fold in 1 cup well drained blueberries or 3/4 cup canned.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
