Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. unprocessed bran
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix milk, egg and oil in bowl.
Add sifted dry ingredients and thoroughly mix.
Cook on preheated skillet.
Top with fresh fruit, warmed jam or maple syrup.
These are so good, no one needs to know they are also very healthy.
