Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
    12 marshmallows
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender; cool and peel. Mash potatoes and add sugar, milk, eggs and margarine. Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and dash of nutmeg. Pour into baking dish; cover with marshmallows. Place in oven at 325\u00b0 and brown lightly.
