Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. pkg. potatoes O'Brien
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions, chopped (including some tops)
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Put potatoes in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Mix together margarine, soup, onions, sour cream and cheese and pour over potatoes.
Mix everything slightly. Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
