Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 lb. ground sausage, ham or bacon
    1 can mushroom soup
    6 eggs
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain.
    Mix soup, eggs and hash browns together.
    Ad meat.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 2-quart casserole.
