Fluffy Pudding Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold milk
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
    1/4 c. powdered sugar (optional)
    4 1/2 c. (10.8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour milk into medium bowl.
    Add pudding mix and sugar.
    Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended.
    Stir in whipped topping gently.
    Spread on cake at once.
    Makes about 5 cups or enough for two 9-inch layers.
