Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh lemon peel, grated
1 large garlic clove
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese (approximately)
2 heads romaine lettuce
croutons (homemade or Pepperidge Farm homestyle Zesty Italian croutons)
Preparation

Mince garlic.
Grate lemon peel.
Combine olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic and grated lemon peel.
Shake very well.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl.
Pour dressing over lettuce and sprinkle cheese.
Add croutons.
Toss salad.
